George Phillip (Phil) Van Lokeren

VAN LOKEREN, George Phillip (Phil), Passed away Friday, March 11, 2011 at the age of 73. Mr. Van Lokeren was a long time resident of Glendale. Beloved husband of Velma (Rocky) Van Lokeren (nee Bolton). Brother of Bill, Dan and Pat (Lee) Glick. Also survived by five nieces and nephews and seven great-nieces-and-nephews. Brother-in-law to Barbara Bolton, Shirley Bennett, Billy Bolton and their families and to Dawn and her children. Longtime round-dance leader, pharmacy owner and a district manager for Revco D.S. Inc. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine Street, Carthage, on Tuesday, March 15, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. James of the Valley Church, 411 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, on Wednesday, March 16, at 10:30 a.m. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45206.
