FALK, Gerald R., loving father of Shanon (Theresa) Falk, Amy (Jeff) Taylor, Cameron (Diane) Herbel, Melissa Achterman, Justin Falk and Jeremy Falk. Dear grandfather and great-grandfather of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Barbara Phenix. Beloved son of the late Raymond and Ruth Falk. Also survived by friends and extended family. Passed away August 28, 2017 at the age of 69. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd.
