Gerald Paul Siddall

Jerry passed away peacefully on June 3, 2023, and is at home with the Lord. Jerry was born in Akron, Ohio on August 22, 1925, to his parents Carl and Elizabeth Siddall.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Virginia Siddall. Also survived by his nephews Robert C. Siddall and Brian L. Siddall. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Robert C. Siddall.

Jerry enlisted into the United States Navy and trained in San Diego for a year. After training, he served on the USS Diachenko, on the Pacific Ocean, until the end of World War 2. Jerry became a very decorated Navy veteran, gaining many awards and metals while enlisted.

Jerry was a professional engineer licensed to practice in Ohio and Georgia. He worked in research and development for both Lear Siegler Corporation,  Goodyear Aerospace Corporation, where he retired in 1983.
