Gloria Whiles

Gloria Whiles (nee Barber), beloved wife of the late Leo Dale Whiles. Loving mother of Vickie (Bill) DeWees and Neal (Leah Ashton) Whiles, caring grandmother of Mallory (Will) Handford, Tyler DeWees, Alex (Bridget Smith) DeWees and Allie Ashton, great-grandmother of Reis Handford, Cash Handford and Finley Handford. Sister of Janice (Lacel) Irvin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James "Chuck" Elmo Barber and Rosa (Brown) Barber, and her siblings, Henry Clay Barber, John Frank Barber, Hugle Asberry Barber, Ethel (Barber) Acey, Thomas Acton Barber, Annie Ester Barber, Sallie Vester (Barber) Dick, and Curtis D. Barber. Passed away January 11, 2024, at the age of 87. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024, at West Chester Nazarene Church 7951 Tylersville Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to West Chester Nazarene Church.
