Guy Kiser

Guy E. Kiser, 54 of Lockland Ohio passed away on Tuesday February 7, 2023 from a long illness. Guy is the beloved husband of the late Lorrie Shay Kiser (nee) Hasty. He was the loving father to Cody Allen Kiser (Hayley Ellen Smallwood) and Dustin Michael Profitt (stepson). Guy lived to see his only grandchild, precious Stella Shay Kiser born to Cody and Hayley on November 7, 2022. Guy is preceded in death by his father, Hobert Kiser and survived by his mother, Mavis Kiser. He is survived by his brother Richard Lynn Kiser (Trisha) and two nephews Thaddeus Kiser (Trinity) and David Kiser (Kallie). He is survived by his Sister-in-law Regina Quadnau (Jeannie) and Brother-in-law Michael Hasty. Guy is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, a great niece, nephews and numerous friends.

Guy graduated from Whitesburg High School in the community where he was raised. He moved to Lockland, Ohio where he and Lorrie married and raised a family. Guy and Lorrie were members of Valley

Baptist Church in Reading, OH. Guy worked for AWP and loved his job until his health forced him to leave the workforce.  Guy loved God; and even with all of his health conditions coupled with Lorrie’s death in 2020, he remained positive and faithful.  He was a gentle and kind man with a wonderful sense of humor.  We are going to miss him so very much, but are happy he is where he wanted to be with the Lord and his wife!

Visitation will take place at Valley Baptist Church, 101 W. Benson Street, Reading, OH from 11 am until the Funeral Service at 1 pm.  Burial will take place at the Fairview Church of Christ Cemetery on Monday.
