HARTZLER, Hallie Frances (nee Haggard), 95, July 23, 2010, devoted wife of the late Weldon Anson Hartzler, loving mother of Welda Ogle, Gwen (Blair) Diffenderfer, Ken (Wendy) Hartzler, and Elaine (Jerry) Moran, cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, dear sister of Darlene Haggard, Verl (Eloise) Haggard and the late Amos (Lockie) Haggard, Alta (Curtis) Godbey, Cecilia (the late Loyal) Haggard, Gene (Louise) Haggard, Zelma Held, Marge Knotts (Delbert Freeman) and Ivy Haggard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday from 6PM until 8PM, Funeral Service will take place Tuesday at 10AM at the funeral home.
