VAN LOVEREN van Loveren Harry. Beloved husband of Gerda (nee Kian Nio The), loving father of Harry, Sylvia and Deborah, preceded by his son Nicholas and daughter Sylvia J., cherished brother of Rietje, Reindert, and Tonia, devoted grandfather to Mary, Sarah, Candace, Noel, Beth, Harry, Rachael, Mark, John, Kyle, Bryan, Jessica and ten great grandchildren. Sgt. retired Dutch Marine Corps who survived the German occupation of Holland and combat in Indonesia. Fourth Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Captain of the Assembly of Knights, 2299 Middletown Monsignor McNary Assembly, Council of St. Maximilian Kolbe 11355, Past Grand Knight. Passed away on Sunday morning from complications of a head injury. He was devoted to family, church, volunteerism and country. He brought life to the life story of St. Maximilian Kolbe through CRHP (Christ Renews His Parish), and participated in Answer The Call for Catholic men. Visitation will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 5720 Hamilton Mason Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45011 Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial is Thursday at 10 a.m. Memorials may be directed to the church.
