HEWITT, Hazel Evelyn (nee Frost) born November 10, 1919, and passed away peacefully on July 31, 2015, at the age of 95. Loving mother of Dennis M. (JoAnn), Darryl E. (Barbara), and infant son Larry Wayne (deceased). Cherished grandmother of Kimberly, Craig (Bethany), Jill (C.W. Raines), David (Bailey), and Brian (Amy). Great-grandmother of AJ, Owen, Kaili, Elise, Jonathan, Andrew, Lauren, Nicholas, Nathan, Finn, Logan, Megan, and Connor. Dear sister to Gayle Overbey, George “Jack” Frost (deceased), and Ann Melampy. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd.
