Helen A. Zajac (nee Valiska), beloved wife of the late John F. Zajac, loving mother of Jeffrey S. (Carolyn) Zajac, John A. (Laura) Zajac and James M. (Victoria) Zajac, caring grandmother of Brandon Zajac, Danielle (Zachary) Anderson, Julia (Scott) Kieback and Michael Zajac. Preceded in death by her siblings Andrew (Stella) Valiska, Mary (Charles) Moreno, Michael (June) Valiska, Anne (Matthew) Bosiljevac, George (Joan) Valiska and Susan (Lloyd) Rowe. Passed away November 24, 2021, at the age of 89. Private services will be held by the family.
