Herbert Biermann

Herbert Henry Biermann, age 92, of West Chester, passed away at Chesterwood Village on October 28, 2024. He was born July 14, 1932, the son of the late Henry Biermann and Anna Biermann.

Herbert H. Biermann, known to family and friends as “Herb” or “Herbie”, was a faithful husband, loving father and grandfather, and genuine friend. Herb served his country honorably, in the United States Navy as a young man. Herb had the privilege of marrying the love of his life, Norma, with whom he shared 67 exceptional years. Together they raised three sons. During Herb’s career he owned his own electrical two-way radio business. In Herb’s free time he enjoyed sailing, traveling and tinkering with anything electrical/mechanical. Herb, an essential member of his devoted family, will surely be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Herb H. Biermann is preceded in death by his parents, sister and son Kurt Biermann. He is survived by his beloved wife, Norma Biermann, children Greg Biermann, Paul Biermann and Teresa Easter; three grandchildren Josh, Nathan and Emma and other extended members of the family.

 The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 9:30 am until the time of the funeral service beginning at 10:30, at West Chester Presbyterian Church, 8930 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd, West Chester, OH 45069, with Pastor Tyler Pettigrew officiating. Burial to follow directly after the funeral service at West Chester Township Cemetery.
