Ida Mae Kennedy (nee Jordan) beloved wife of the late Joseph V Kennedy, Jr. Loving and devoted mother to her six children Mary Prijatel, Tracy Lancaster, Joseph V Kennedy III, Amy Taggart, Carolyn Kennedy and Terence Kennedy. Adored by her four sisters Marie, Fran, Joan, Janice and four brothers Bill, Bob Matt and John. She was graced with eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Ida loved to read and play family games. Her favorite was family card night and family card night was every night if she could make it happen. Ida has left us all with wonderful memories and her children will especially miss her beautiful singing and sense of humor.
She stayed with us through Christmas Day and left us on Christmas night to rejoin her beloved husband Joe, her loving parents, her brother Matt and sister Marie and her longtime friend Janice Weaver.
Ida lives on in the hearts and memories of her surviving family and friends.
You will be greatly missed until we see you again.
Visitation will take place at the Good Shepard Church 8815 E. Kemper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249. Friday, December 30th, from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10am.
Burial to follow at Crown Hill Memorial, 11825 Pippin Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of SW Ohio whom the family sends out a heartfelt thank you for their services.
