Isabella Ogilvie Crawford Wray Valma

Isabella Ogilvie Crawford Wray Valma, 89, of Fairfield Township, Ohio went to be with our Lord on August 30, 2019. Born in Londonderry, Northern Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Emanuel Wray and Matilda Jane Buchanan Wray, and widow of Jesse V. Valma, Sr. Ella was an Irish girl through and through, with an accent that would bring a smile to your face. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who was known as “Nanny” by all that loved her. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints – Ewa Beach 1^st Ward, and so enjoyed visiting the Laie Hawaii Temple while living on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu, and researching ancestry records of church members, family and friends. She is survived by her daughter Lucy Riddlehoover and her husband Walter of Fairfield Township, Ohio, and son William John Ippolito and his wife Karen of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her granddaughter Misty Oldfield and her husband Timothy of Liberty Township, Ohio; her great-grandchildren Ethan, Rylee, Ben and Hope Oldfield; and her sister Muriel Corbishley of Stafford, England. The family will receive friends at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069 on Friday, September 13, 2019 from 6:00-7:00 PM, with a memorial service at 7:00 PM. A gentle and kind woman, Nanny will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
