SIZEMORE, Jack D. Beloved husband of Karen Sizemore (nee Reeves) for 50 years. Dear father of Holly (Jim) Westendorf, Michele (Tim) Boehle and Jeff Sizemore. Loving grandfather of Josh and Rachel Boehle. Son of the late James R. and Oles Sizemore. Brother of Joy Allen and the late Rev. Joe D. Sizemore. Brother-in-law of Jackie Sizemore. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013, at home surrounded by his loving family at the age of 73. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
