MCCUE, James Edwin, age 82, of Wyoming, OH passed peacefully surrounded by his family on December 23, 2016. Born in Cincinnati, OH in 1934 to the late Daniel Hamilton and Iola Shinkle McCue. Loving husband of Nancy Hulbert McCue, father of Stephen James (Trish) McCue, Leila Ann (Greg) Niklas and Margaret Elizabeth (Matt) Barnes; grandfather to Patrick and Katie McCue, Lindsay, Meredith and Matthew Niklas, and Andrew and Suzanne Barnes. Devoted brother to the late Jeannine Flessa (the late Dr. Herbert C. Flessa) and Richard G. (Mary) McCue, and brother-in-law to John M. Hulbert. Dear uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Faithful graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he ran track and was a loyal member of Sigma Chi. A proud veteran who served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Graduate of Chase Law School and a retiree of Ohio Casualty. Lifetime member of the Cincinnati Kennel Club. An active member of the Wyoming community, including Wyoming Volunteer Life Squad, Wyoming Boosters and the Church of Ascension and Holy Trinity. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 31, 2016, at the Ascension and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church with a reception to follow in the parish hall. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wyoming School Foundation, 430 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, OH 45215, or Ascension and Holy Trinity Memorial and Thanksgiving Fund, 334 Burns Avenue, Wyoming, OH 45215.
