STAFFORD, James E. "Fish." Beloved husband of Linda Stafford. Dear father of Jamie (Wayne) Withrow. Grandfather of Grace and Anthony Withrow. Brother of the late Judy Blevins. He worked at Sun Chemical for 41 years and was a member of Masonic Cincinnati-Lafayette Lodge #483 F&AM and the Scottish Rite. Jim passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019, at the age of 68. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Wednesday from 6 p.m. until funeral service at 8. p.m. with Masonic Service at 7:45 p.m. Graveside service at Whited Cemetery, Casey Co., KY, Thursday 1 p.m.
