James "Jim' Krach

KRACH, James Albert “Jim”, beloved husband of Donna Krach (nee Weber). Loving father of Doug (Carrie) Krach and Julie (Bryan) Schul. Devoted grandfather of Ella Krach, Avah Schul, Brandon Krach and Andrew Schul. Caring brother of Rebecca Born (the late Cliff), David Krach (Anne), Joe Krach (Teri), Maribeth Dougherty (Tim), the late Karen Skaggs, Michael Krach Jr., and Donald Krach. Son of the late Michael and Elizabeth Krach Sr. Passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the age of 69. Jim also leaves behind many additional nieces, nephews, dear friends and family members, many of whom considered him to be a father figure.  Jim was soft spoken and kind.  Those who knew him, loved him for his sincerity and welcoming spirit. Jim loved his family, friends, baseball, football, warm weather, a cold beer, music and especially, The Beatles.  “Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans” –John Lennon. Visitation will be held at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 1pm until time of funeral service at 2:30pm. Masks are required and provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Purple Heart Foundation.
