ALLARD, James K. Son of the late J. Roy and D. Joan (nee Brock) Allard. Loving father of Jana L. Allard and the late David Michael Allard. Dear brother of Donna L. Troeckler. Also survived by lots of nieces and nephews and preceded in death by 2 nephews and 1 niece. Passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at the age of 82, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Service will be at the Roselawn Memory Gardens Chapel, 10 Erwin Plegge Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010, Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Assoc.
