James R. Forbes

FORBES, James R., beloved husband of Betty Forbes (nee Shanklin), dear father of Michael (Patty) and Scott (Ann) Forbes. Passed away suddenly Sunday, November 4, 2012, at the age of 69. Jim loved to play the trumpet and played with many bands in the tri-state area. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday from 12 noon until funeral service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the S.P.C.A., 3949 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45239 or the Humane Society of the United States, 2100 L St. NW, Washington, DC 20037.
