James Melvin Ruch

James Melvin Ruch, beloved husband of 56 years to Georgia L. Ruch (nee Turner), loving father of Christine Corcoran and Deborah Ramsey, caring grandfather of Meghan Corcoran, Thomas Corcoran, Sabrina Ramsey and William Ramsey, brother of John (Barb) Ruch, Juanita (late Allen) Grinter and Patty (Steve) Breitenbach. He was preceded in death by his father John, his mother Helen and his brother Robert. He bravely served his country in the United States Air Force and his dedication to serving and protecting others lead him to his career as a Cincinnati Firefighter. He had a great passion for music and brought love and joy to anyone who heard him play. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. He passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 76. Visitation will be held Monday, August 14, 2023, at Christ Church 5165 Western Row Rd, Mason, OH 45040 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. The burial will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
