GILSON, Janet Rita (nee Guy), beloved wife of the late Harold Gilson, loving mother of Linda (the late Britt) Whisman and Daniel (Mary) Gilson, grandmother of Mark, Jimmy, Chris (Keri), John and Jenny James, Amy Cox, Sarah (Kevin) Roa, Lauren (Kenny) Adelman, Shannon (Shane) McCoyand great grandmother of Samantha, Aubree, Madison, Megan, Lilly, Adalyn; Aaron, Allie, Josh, Sam, Violet, Teddy and Archie. Sister of Joan (Kenny) Devers, Joann (the late Larry) Knight, Betty (the late Rick) Mollenkempf, Mary Lou (the late Dale) Beight, Donnie (Sally) Guy, George (Paulette) Guy, Kathy (Terry) Bolan and the late Joe (Edaline) Guy and Kenny (Patty) Guy. Janet passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at age 95.

Visitation will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 2014 Springdale Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231 on Monday March 31, 2025 from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.  Donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio or to the church. Condolences at hodappfuneralhome.com
