Beloved husband of Donna A. Miller (nee Combs). Loving father of Scott (Jodi) Miller, Chris (Carmen) Miller, Brandy Miller, Kelley (Bryan) Deacon, Marcus (Paige) Miller, and Julia Miller. Loving step-father of Joshua (Rachel) Steele and Nathan Steele. Dear grandfather of Bethani Miller, Taylor (Carl) Hooker, Matthew Miller, Wyatt Miller, Virginia Miller, Olivia Miller, Isaac Ilo, Makayla Deacon, Jacob Deacon, Uriah Deacon, Nathaniel Deacon, Arabella Joann Deacon, Kilian Miller, Judah Miller, Stanley Steele, Angela Steele, Torrey Steele, Katherine Steele, David Steele, Josiah Steele, Oliver Steele, and Riley Steele. Brother of Bob (Becky) Miller, Gene (Linda) Miller, Ron (Susan) Miller, Rick (Phyllis) Miller, Sandra (Ron) Byrd, and the late David Miller. Son of the late J.C. and Helen Miller. Also survived by many close friends and relatives. Jay was employed by Armco Steel Corp., General Electric Aircraft Engines, and retired from Hill-Rom in 2014. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Mason, OH for 22 years. Visitation will be held Sunday (1/15) at Grace Baptist Church, 5595 Mason Rd., Mason OH 45040, from 4PM-7PM. Funeral Service will also be held at the church Monday (1/16) at 10 AM.
