Jean Anderson

Jean Anderson (nee Koop) beloved wife of the late William H. Anderson.  Dear mother of Susan (William) Gaut, Nancy (Gregory) Guy, Barbara (William) Lee, William Anderson Jr., and Francie (Cornelius) Bulman.  Survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Patricia Miller and the late Kathy Koop.  Passed away on November 20, 2016 at the age of 89. Graduate of Western Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati with a BA in home economics and elementary education. Taught at Sands Elementary School and cofounded the Community Nursery School at The Wyoming Presbyterian Church (now Lads and Lassies Community Preschool).  She spent countless hours volunteering for Historic Southwest Ohio as an interpreter at Sharon Woods Village. Jean's love of life and compassion made her special to all those who knew her.  She devoted her life to serving others making a positive difference in the lives of her family, friends, students and community. We mourn her loss, but also celebrate a life well lived.
