March 3, 1936 — December 16, 2016

CATRON, Jean (nee Rich) Passed away peacefully December 16, 2016 at Birchwood Care Center. Jean was the beloved wife of the late Richard (Dick) Catron, for 58 years. The loving mother of Richard Jr. (Julie) and Stephen. The very loving grandmother of Chelsey (Brad) Wilson, Alexandra Catron, and Alecia Catron. Sister of Betty (Jim) Campbell and Bonnie Cosby. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents William and Florence, brothers William and Robert. Jean was employed at Procter and Gamble for many years. She was an avid bowler and loved to garden and travel. Jean was an exceptional athlete and student in high school. On October 1, 2016, Jean and Dick were the first husband and wife to be simultaneously inducted in the Oxford Talawanda Athletic Hall of Fame. Visitation will be held Tuesday (12/20) at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester, OH 45069, from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon.
