Jeanette Schmalz

SCHMALZ, Jeanette Mary (nee Gerum), beloved wife of Ed Schmalz, loving mother of Mike Schmalz, Jeanne (Bill) Phillips and Debbie (Bryan) Phillips, cherished grandma of Billy, Brandon, Brittany, Ashley, Brennan and Courtney, dear sister to Jim (Doris) Gerum and the late John Gerum. She departed Saturday February 28, 2009. Born in Wausau, Wisconsin, a longtime resident of College Hill (Cincinnati), Jeanette will always be remembered for her kind spirit and humble heart. Friends may call at St. Clare Church 1443 Cedar Ave., College Hill Friday from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM, followed by a short service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Children’s charity of choice.
