Jeffrey L. Tulley - passed away on June 24, 2018 at the age of 58. Beloved son of Betty Tulley and the late James G. Tulley. Loving father of Michelle Roberts. Loving brother of John (Aimee) Tulley, Pamela (Drew) Kistner, and Greg Tulley. Loving uncle to Tori and Blake Kistner. Grandfather of Avery and Aiden Roberts.
