Jerry E Curington

Jerry E Curington, of West Chester OH,  passed away on Tuesday August 25, 2020. He was the loving husband of Pat Curington for 55 years. Devoted and loving father of Jeff (Kathy) Curington, and Regina (Bobby) Fisher, and adopted daughter Debbie (Roger) Carter. Proud grandfather of Jeremy (Kristen) Curington, Jessie (Dave) York, Logan Curington, Noah Fisher and Kylie Fisher. Cherished great-grandfather (Pappy) to Jaxson, Mason and Charleigh. Uncle to many nieces and nephews and second Dad to so many.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Grace Curington, sister, Katherine Cooper, brothers Bob Curington and Tony Curington.

Jerry  proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, before being honorably discharged in 1966 and was exceptionally proud of his grandson for following in his footsteps and serving in the United States Navy. Jerry was a member of Masonic Lodge 419.  He worked at Ford Motor Company in Sharonville  for thirty- four years before retiring . He deeply  loved his family, enjoyed his wood working business and spending time swapping tall-tales with family and friends. His passing has left an enormous hole in the lives of an immeasurable amount of people for he was always the “go to person” when someone was in need.

Visitation will be at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd. West Chester, Ohio 45069,  5 – 7 PM Friday, September 4, 2020 .  Funeral services will held at Grace Baptist Church 5595 Mason Rd, Mason, OH 45040, at 10:30 on Saturday September 5, 2020.
