Jerry Galvin

Galvin, Jerry Age 67, of Middletown, passed away on 10/25/09 at Hospice. Born 6/23/42 to Robert and Geneva Galvin, who preceded him in death. Jerry is survived by his wife of 29 years, Virginia Lorraine Galvin, three children, Terry (Kathy) Johnson, Debbie (Doug Porter) Johnson Hobbs and Tammy (Dallas) Johnson Winkler, two grandsons, Zachary and Gabriel Johnson, his sister, Mary Kay Maxwell (Dennis) and many loved nieces and nephews. Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday from 10 am until time of Memorial Service at 11 am at Horseshoe Bend Baptist Church, 5753 Horseshoe Bend Road, Hamilton, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Animal Adoption Foundation, P.O. Box 13119, Hamilton, Ohio, 45013.
