LOCKABY, Jerry L. Age 56 of Hamilton passed away at Kettering Medical Center on Sunday, March 31, 2013. He was born in Hamilton on November 7, 1956 to Roy and Bertha (Love ) Lockaby. He is survived by his wife Lu Lockaby; 3 daughters, Angie (Jay) Crouch-Kelley of Hamilton, Mindy Lockaby-Johnson of Hamilton and Dottie (Terry) Sandlin of Hamilton; 11 grandchildren, Mariah, Shawn, Cheyenne, Courtney, Lizzy, Ashley, Sammy, Destiny, Autumn, Bella and Brooky; sister Frieda Lockaby; beloved pets; and many loved family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., Monday from 10AM until Funeral Service at 11AM.
