Jerry "Skip" Lee Scott

Jerry "Skip" Lee Scott, 52, of Liberty Township, OH passed away May 23, 2021. Skip was a lifelong resident of the Cincinnati area, growing up in Cincinnati on the Little Miami River, but most recently lived in Liberty Township with his wife, Mary, of almost 13 years. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary (Riley) and his father Jerry. Skip is survived by his children Danielle Folkerth (Darrin), Lindsay (Michael) and Corey (Tabi) and bonus daughter McKensie Gampfer. He was also stepfather to Michael, Megan, Morgan and Lissy. His three grandchildren Lucas, Garett and Bricklee were the highlight of his life. Three older sisters Jeri Watson, Mary Olson and Donna Scott also survive their little brother.

Skip graduated from Mariemont HS in 1987 and raised his young family in Fairfax, OH. He was a lifelong fisherman and enjoyed watching Reds Baseball and the Cincinnati Bengals. He was a dedicated super fan of all the children in his life. He loved to help young athletes, as both a coach and umpire. His love of the many, many dogs in his life was apparent by the hundreds of photos on his phone. He loved them all and they repaid him with fierce loyalty.

Visitation will be from 10:00-12:00, with a Memorial Service to follow, on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Liberty Twp, OH 45044.
