AHLERS, Joan M. (nee Kane) beloved wife of 62 years to Donald B. Ahlers, loving mother of Edward (Brenda), Anne Ring, Catherine (Joe) Tobler, Steven (Diane) and Thomas (Maria) and Eric, grandmother of Alex, Jonathan, Stephanie; Jeremy and Katie Jo; Joseph, Eryn and Andrew; Bennett and Emma; great grandmother of Danika, Preston and Olivia; Allyanna, sister of Vincent (Pat) Kane and Mary (the late Joe) Neil. Joan was a longtime member or Friends of the Public Library. Joan passed away on Monday, April 16th, 2018 at the age of 84. Visitation at St. Clare Church, 1443 Cedar Avenue, College Hill, 45224 on Saturday, April 21st from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
