Fowler, Joanna J. (May) Beloved wife of Eugene O. Fowler for 60 years. Loving mother of Steven (Afsaneh), Scott (Helen), and Patrick (Angela) Fowler. Grandmother of Yasmeen, Giev, Evan, Elliot, Patrick Jr. and Maggie. Step-grandmother of Mark, Addison, Jared, Ethan and Jacob. Sister of Patrick May. Passed away February 22, 2012, age 79. Memorial service will be held at Crestview Presbyterian on Saturday, March 3, at 10 a.m. Joanna loved her family and friends deeply. She loved Springer Spaniels, cardinals in the winter, and Northern Michigan year around. She filled our hearts with her love and the simple joy of living. She was one of God’s gifts to us and we will be forever grateful. We love her and will miss her more than mere words can express.
