GINGRAS, Joanne M. (nee Williams). Loving wife of Thomas L. Gingras. Dear mother of Spencer Gingras and Michelle Gingras. Daughter of the late Oliver and  Margaret Williams. Sister of Diane (Doug) Smith, Thomas (Kathy) Williams and the late Robert Williams. Joanne passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the age of 60.
