Bastin, Joe Bradley, 84, born in Casey County, Kentucky passed peacefully on October 15 2022, at his home in West Chester, Ohio. His devoted wife and children were by his side. He leaves behind his wife of 64 years of marriage, Fayrene (Mullins), his three children, Eileen Reid (Glen), Lisa Wickemeier, Bernie Bastin; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
