The world mourns the loss of a beautiful soul and a creative spirit, in the untimely passing of John Andrea III, of Liberty Township, Ohio. Born on August 5, 1979 in Oxford, Ohio, our beloved and deeply cherished Johnny, departed this earth far too soon, on March 28, 2025, at the age of 45.
“Johnny” as he was affectionately known, was a brilliant light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was a difficult one, but it was a journey filled with love, and lived with perseverance, generosity and humor. Johnny selflessly poured his heart and soul into his family and friends, often putting others before himself; he gained purpose and fulfillment in life by helping others. Johnny touched the hearts of many with his empathetic, loving and generous nature, as well as with his unique sense of humor and wit. His untimely passing has left so much sorrow and grief in the hearts of his family and friends, and we ask that you remember him for the profound impact that his existence had on the lives of all who knew him.
A loving husband, father, son, sibling and friend, Johnny will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul, with a unique perspective on life. There was no one quite like Johnny- if you know, you know! Johnny loved his family with great conviction; he devoted his life to them by working tirelessly to support and care for them. John had a brilliant mind; he was an explorer, an avid learner and a philosopher. He loved nature, music, traveling, his dogs (Bunny & Awik), working alongside his wife in their backyard oasis, cooking, fine dining and simply living life to its fullest. John was dedicated to his profession in the IT field, and was the owner of a local computer repair company for over 20 years.
John is survived by his soulmate, best friend and devoted wife, Jennifer Andrea. His four beloved daughters, Chloe Heard, Camille Heard, Charlotte Andrea and Coral Andrea; his cherished parents, John II and Karen Andrea; his dear siblings, Jenny Andrea and Mark Andrea; as well as countless other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of John's Life, will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 7-9:30 p.m. The event will be held at The Benison Event Center, located at 100 S. 3rd Street, Hamilton, OH 45011.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to NAMI.org, or to a GoFundMe account, created to help John’s family during this incredibly heartbreaking and difficult time: https://gofund.me/10aa605a
John will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and he will always be remembered for his beautiful heart, soul and mind. Our love for him is endless and everlasting. He has left us with not only a lifetime of memories, but also with a hole in our hearts. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him, and may we carry forth his legacy of perseverance and selflessness in all that we do.
