John M. Masheck, 61, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at University Hospital.
He leaves behind his son John (Rachel) Masheck, his daughter Jenna (Jonathan) Marshall, his daughter Amanda Masheck, his five grandchildren, Emerson, Oliver, Everett , Savanna and Sullivan, his brother Rance Masheck, his sister Melissa (Ken) Losekamp, his significant other Dawn Dunne and her three children, Gabi, Patrick and Peter.
John was a big-hearted, fun-loving, and generous friend. He would give you the shirt off his back and his last dollar to help out. He had a smile that would light up the room and a laugh that was contagious. He was a loving father that taught his kids how to love, to have faith and to persevere. He spent his final days loving and enjoying his kids, grandkids and girlfriend.
To know and be friends with John Masheck was truly a gift.
Visitation will be on January 29, 2016 from 10 to noon at Landmark Baptist Church located at 1600 Glendale Milford Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, followed by the funeral from noon to 1pm. Procession to Hopewell Cemetery for final resting place.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the John M. Masheck Memorial Fund c/o Hodapp Funeral Home.
