John Ray Moll, age 69, died at Hospice of Cincinnati/Blue Ash in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 19, 2020 of congestive heart failure. He was born December 28, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Western Hills High School in 1969.
John loved working on cars, fancy shoes, the sound of the ocean, and volunteering with local law enforcement when he lived in Indiana for 20 years. He was an avid cat lover, enjoyed reading Tom Clancy books, gunsmithing, watching historic war movies, feasting on all things Frisch’s and Skyline chili, and was a devoted marching band parent and pit crew member.
John is survived by daughters Kellie R. Ellis (Joshua Ellis) and Katie N. Killion (Douglas Killion) and grandchildren Allison Killion, Lydia Ellis and Duke Ellis, Siblings Lawrence Moll (Sonja Moll), Carol Moore, Thomas Moll (Kay Moll), and Janet Snyder (Glenn Snyder). He is also survived by his beloved pal and feline friend, Ernie. John is preceded in death by parents Harold P. Moll and Caroline (Overmann) Moll and beloved younger brother, James Moll.
