Jonathan DeWitt

DeWitt, Jonathan C. beloved husband of Angela M. DeWitt (nee Johnson). Loving father of Rachel E. DeWitt and Nicholas L. DeWitt. Brother of Susan (Kevin) Pyne and David (Carolyn) DeWitt. Preceded in death by his parents Lawrence H. and Ruth E. DeWitt. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jonathan was a Corporal in the United States Marines Corp. from 1985 to 1989. He then went on to work with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department from 1989 to 1992. From 1992 until present Jonathan was a Lieutenant with the West Chester Police Department. Jonathan was a very active supporter and committee member of Boy Scout Troop 947. Passed away June 1, 2013, at the age of 46. Visitation will be held Thursday June 6, 2013 at Princeton Pike Church of God 6101 Princeton Glendale Rd. Liberty Township, OH 45011 from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10am at the Church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Scholarship Fund for Rachel and Nicholas DeWitt at any 5/3 Bank.
