Josef K. Hinze

Josef Kurt Hinze, 41, passed away on October 13, 2024. He was surrounded by loved ones. Born on September 27, 1983, in Cincinnati to Mark S. and Sarah Jane Hinze. Preceded in death by his father, his beloved Pap, A. Wayne Bussler, his Uncle Raymond Riepenhoff, and his soul dog Hoover. Survived by his wife and best buddy since second grade, Patricia Wert Hinze. Joe was a constant source of joy to his Gram, Carla J. Bussler, uncles Tony Bussler and Charlie Bussler, and Aunt Heidi Riepenhoff. Happy childhood memories were made with cousins John Riepenhoff and Elizabeth Mullins. Joe had tremendous love and respect for his stepfather, Mufaddal A. Frosh. His stepbrother Alec Frosh, mother-in-law, Cindy Wert, brother-in-law Nathan Wert, and best friend since childhood, David Haboush, are also left with fond memories of Joe. 

Josef’s passing leaves a void that cannot be filled. We will forever miss his humor, curiosity, interest in current events, and his love for all of us.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethesda Hospital Foundation or the Clermont County Animal Shelter.
