BRICKWEG, J. James. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy A. Brickweg (nee Boehner). Dear father of James A. (Paula) Brickweg, Kathy Frazier, Tom (Kim) Brickweg, Don (Lois) Brickweg ,John “Jack” (Hermine) Brickweg and David (Joni) Brickweg. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Thursday November 6, 2008. Age 81. Visitation at St. Peter and Paul Church 417 W. Vine St. (at Church St.). Reading, OH on Tuesday from 10AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Jim was a member of St. Patricks K of C Chapter 1747, St. Isaac Jogues- 4th degree and St. Vincent DePaul Society. He owned Schababerles in Carthage for over 50 years and enjoyed his retirement and traveling with his wife Dorothy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Peter and Paul Church, Hospice of Cincinnati, St. Vincent DePaul Society (of St. Peter & Paul Church) and St. Peter and Paul Academy. Hodapp Funeral Home, Carthage, is serving the family.
