SOETE, Joseph “Joe”

Beloved husband of Carol Soete (nee Peters). Loving father of Kathy (Mike) Lagaly, Debbie (Tom) Lagaly, and Ann (Steve) Ruwe. Dear grandfather of Nicki Lagaly, Chris Lagaly, Ashli Lagaly, Alexa Lagaly, Hannah Lagaly, Trey Lagaly, Samantha Ruwe, and Joe Ruwe. Brother of Patricia Soete, Mary Jo Meyer, and the late Shirley Spitznagel. Son of the late Conrad and Hilda Soete. Passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at age 79. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows, 330 Lebanon St, Monroe, OH 45050, on Saturday, September 29, 2018,  from 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. A luncheon will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows immediately following the Mass of Christian Burial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties, Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, and/or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
