Joseph R. Carter

It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Raymond Carter announce his passing. Joseph, born on January 3, 1935, passed away peacefully on the morning of April 28, 2021. Beloved husband of nearly 50 years to the late Barbara J. Carter (nee Fitzpatrick).  Loving father of Steve (Mindy), Tracy (Jim), Christine (Timothy), Katie (Joe) and Amy (Dan). Devoted grandfather to Jessica, Mathew (Elizabeth), Leah (Justin), Jonathan (Brandi), Lauren (Marc), Keith, Eric, and Joseph (Paige). Adored “GGP” (Great Grandpa) to Carter, Harper, Kennedi, Madison, Libbie, Lainie, Knox, Jaxson, Andrew, Livia and Remington. Cherished brother of Sheila, Dennis and the late Patricia.

Services to be held on the morning of Monday, May 3, 2021 at St. Clement Church (4536 Vine St, St. Bernard, OH 45217) from 10:00 – 11:00. Catholic Mass to follow immediately after visitation. Burial service to proceed mass at St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard, OH. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
