Joseph Stocker III

Joseph Stocker III (February 5, 1943 - March 1, 2020) Joe finished his 77th and final lap, at his daughter Sherri's home Sunday, March 1st as the checkered flag waved after a tough battle with pancreatic cancer. Devoted husband of Gayle Stocker (nee Rhein). Loving father of Ron (Lisa) Stocker, Rick (Molly) Stocker, Sandy Casey and Sherri Stocker. Proud Grandpa of Joey, Devin, Max, Emma, and Lilly. Brother of Tina Stocker. Joe grew up in Finneytown, went to Mt. Healthy high school and worked tirelessly as a roofer, business owner and safety director to provide for his family. He had a passion for anything and everything cars, working on many classics, but cherished his 1956 Ford Thunderbird. Joe lived his final years in Hidden Valley Indiana with his wife Gayle and beloved doberman and was a regular at the Lawrenceburg Speedway. His favorite place was Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and he loved camping. Joe loved spending time with his family and especially his grandkids, enjoying their many activities. Joe will be remember as a sweet, strong, stubborn, loving, insanely hardworking, tough as the nails he laid...German. A celebration will be held Tuesday, March 10 from 4:00-6:00 pm followed by a brief service at River Hills Christian Church, 6300 Price Rd. Loveland, OH 45140.
