HAVERLAND, Joseph William, beloved husband for 55 years of the late Janet Haverland (nee Sommerfeld), loving father of Joan (Byron) Weaver, Joyce (Jerry) Wadsworth, Judi Haverland (Terry Norman), Jan (Herb) Richardson, Jennifer (Robert) Wolterman, Jerome (Vicki) Haverland, Jack (Cheryl) Haverland, Joe Haverland, Juanita Niceley, Jean (Keith) Robinson, Jim (Beth) Haverland and Jeff (Donna) Haverland, proud grandfather of 44 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Passed away at home surrounded by his loving family and faithful dog Cyber March 19, 2011, age 89. Joe was born and raised in St. Bernard, served on City Council and was former mayor of St. Bernard. He was also involved in numerous local organizations and religious activities.
