Beloved wife of Carl Draginoff for 56 loving years. Loving mother of Toni (Greg) Hellmann, Carl (Lisa) Draginoff, John (Rachel) Draginoff, and the late Carla Draginoff. Dear grandmother of Emily (Stephen), Sarah, Ryan, Greg, Alex, Katherine, and Elisabeth. Also survived by numerous family and friends. Joyce passed away Monday, April 19, 2021, at age 77. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cin Day Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, on Wednesday (4/21) from 12 noon until time of Blessing at 1 PM. Entombment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, 701 E Ross Ave, Cincinnati, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
