Phelps, Joyce E. (nee Storie) Beloved wife of Vernon L. Phelps and the late Ronald W. Moore. Loving mother of Wayne A. Moore. Step mother of Senya (Brian) Taylor. Grandmother of Erin (Kevin) Lamb and Dustin Moore. Great Grandmother of Abbey Johnson and Logan Lamb. Sister of Don (Rosie) Smith, Thurman (Karen) Storie, Paul Storie and the late Boyce (Diane) Storie. Sister-in-law of Roger (Rebecca) Moore, Gary (Debbie) Moore, Pamela (Kenny) Amann and Garland Moore. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed August 14, 2013, at the age of 73. Visitation will be held Saturday at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt.42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 10 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM.
