Lewallen, Kathleen A. Devoted wife of the late Charles Lewallen. Beloved mother of Karen (Jerry) Dillingham, Larry (Paula) Lewallen and Robin (David McDonald. Loving grandmother of Carla, Tammy, Amanda, Michael, Bradley, Shannon and the late Jason. Also survived by 18 great grandchildren. Passed away November 12, 2016 at the age of 90. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. West Chester, OH 45069 from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service 11 a.m.
