GEOPPINGER, Kathleen Ann (née Molloy) is survived by husband William A. Geoppinger of 57 years. Loving mother of sons Michael (Lynn) Geoppinger and Timothy (Kelly) Geoppinger. Survived by brother Edmund Molloy and wife Ruth, grandsons Ryan, Cameron, Callahan,Austin, Dylan, granddaughter Megan (Thomas) and a very large and loving extended Molloy and Geoppinger family that supported her throughout her life, for which she was so grateful. She was preceded by mother Marie Molloy, father Edmund (Mary Kay) , brother Thomas Molloy and wife Charlotte, brother William Molloy and wife Vera, brother Donald Molloy and wife Joyce.

Kathy had an abiding faith in God, was gracious, caring and encouraged the best in all. She was very proud of her Irish heritage, her warm eyes and smile could brighten anyone’s day. She loved spending time with family, friends, and had a special love for her grandchildren. She was a dedicated volunteer at work, school and church. She supported many causes, including her love of rocking newborns in the neonatal unit.

Kathy and her husband Bill were fortunate to have traveled extensively through the years.  She had a special fondness for Siesta Key.  Her time at the beach was treasured by all those she loved. She was a fan of all things Cincinnati, an avid tennis player, golfer and a longtime student of fitness.  This significant family loss is lightened by the echo of her laughter, the memory of her zest for life, her iron constitution that allowed her to live life to it’s fullest.

Visitation will be observed 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday August 24th, at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Saturday, August 25th at St. Savior Church, 4118 Myrtle Ave, Deer Park OH. Graveside committal services and burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati OH.
