Sister of Kathy Hensley and Eddie Puchta. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at the age of 56. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday from 12 noon until funeral service at 2 p.m.
