Kurt Harriet Seybold

SEYBOLD, Kurt, 76 beloved husband of Trudie Seybold, father of Sandy Seybold of Bonita Springs in Florida and his son, Kurt Gary deceased and step sons Eddie Russell, Jay Russell deceased , Luciano Moral and 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He passed on April 7th, Kurt was born in Memmingen, Germany in l937 and came to America in 1955. He became an American Citizen and pledged his love and loyalty to this country. He worked as an insurance salesman for Nationwide and then in 1978 joined Trudie at their successful restaurant, Forest View Gardens in Monfort Heights. He established an Opera Scholarship at the University of Cincinnati, CCM. He was an active member of Shriners International, The Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, Hanselmann Lodge, Knights Templar of Cincinnati and The Royal Order of Jesters, Court #7. He was a member of the Clifton Music Club, MacDowell Society of Cincinnati. He was involved in the development of School Creative Performing Arts. He was a life member of the Cincinnati Opera. Memorable donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to CCM Foundation at the University of Cincinnati to the Seybold/Russell/ Scholarship Fund, Cincinnati Opera Company, or Crossroads Hospice. Celebration of his life will be April 29th, on his birthday 7 P.M.-9 P.M. at Evergreen Retirement Community Auditorium, 230 West Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.
