Lafern M. Frederick, beloved wife of the late Reno Frederick, loving mother of Kimberly (Michael) Mages and Kevin Frederick, caring grandmother of Amanda (Bobby) Garrett and Ross Mages, great-grandmother of Birdie and the late Daisy Garrett, sister of Betty Herrin and the late Paul Meeks, Aletha Mathews, Phillip Meeks, Nova Brate, Glennable McDonald, Freida Meeks and Mable Meeks. Passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at the age of 91. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Graveside services will be held immediately following the visitation at Reading Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
